What Is Required of Me?
First, you must complete an online screening survey to see if you qualify to participate in a particular study. If you qualify, one of our expert team members will call to schedule you for a research session. Typically, you participate in an online video focus group discussion or an individual interview led by a moderator. During this process, you will be asked to share your opinions and attitudes about a particular product, service, or issue. Within 1 to 2 weeks of participating, you will receive payment for your thoughts and opinions.

How Is My Data Used?
All of your responses are kept strictly confidential and anonymous and are used for research purposes only.
As a general policy, we do not provide any identifying information to clients. Participant information is used in aggregate to help clients make important decisions about products and services offered to their customers.
In rare cases where our clients need to interact directly with our participants because of the research methodology, we notify participants about this requirement in advance and get their permission to release only the specific information needed for the research study.
All research sessions are recorded on both audio and video formats. That is primarily used for transcription and for our research team’s note taking.
